What the signup stores: your email address, your consent choice, the consent wording version, the signup source and the server’s submission timestamp. Our hosting provider also processes technical request information to deliver the site and limit abuse.

What it is for: with your permission, Cat District may email you gossip, site updates and offers. Signing up is free. It does not buy a paid membership, unlock paid content or place an order. We are collecting signups now; no welcome email is sent by this form.

Where it is kept: the signup is stored using here.now’s Site Data service. The list is not published on the website and is available through authenticated owner administration. We do not sell the list.

Your choice: you can ask us to remove your signup or correct your email at any time by emailing dontcare@catdistrict.com from the address you signed up with. We keep a signup while it is needed for the list, unless you withdraw consent or request removal. Future marketing emails must include an unsubscribe method.

Other services: this site loads fonts from Google and commerce tools from Shopify. Purchases use Shopify checkout; Printful fulfills shirts. Those services handle information needed for their functions under their own privacy terms. The email signup itself does not collect payment details.
